I found the location ideal, especially for visiting the royal albert hall. the staff offered really good service. I really appreciated the attentiveness shown. my room was well kept and surprisingly quiet, even with its proximity to the street. breakfast included delicious scrambled eggs, cooked exactly as i requested.
the lighting in the basement area didn't activate quickly enough. it would be helpful if the sensor was more sensitive, ensuring better visibility.

the location is really great for accessing museums and kensington. the staff were friendly and helpful . the room was very clean with lovely decor.
The breakfast was not great. A full english option was not available. there was no bread readily available. I had to ask for it constantly. the room i stayed in was quite small. There was nowhere to sit and dry my hair and look in the mirror.

The hotel's location is AMAZING, very close to the underground station. I felt okay all time, it was really convenient to walk to restaurants and many shops. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Staff were friendly and always available when i needed something.
The room was not properly soundproofed. I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

the room was beautifully decorated i liked the comfy bed and pillows so much i slept really well the hotel felt very fresh too it was a great stay. i also appreciated that water was delivered daily to my room. i could easily walk to a great park restaurants and trains from the hotel
